Reception

Front Desk

Located at the reception desk on the second floor; handle the formalities for your touring, answer your inquiries as well as other questions related to the service and facilities provided by the cruises, and accept your comments and suggestions.

Cashier

Located at the reception desk on the second floor; handle your check-out, currency exchange, fees settlement on board. Master and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Conversion time: 10: 00 – 22: 00

Settlement time: within 6 hours before the arrival of the cruise at the final port.

Safety box

Deposit your valuables in the safe box dedicated to tourists at the reception desk; attendants will handle the storage procedures for you. If your valuables are lost because they have not been deposited, the cruise will not undertake any responsibility.

Lost and found

Please immediately contact the front desk if you find your articles lost.

Luggage service

Your luggage will be carried by the porter; you only have to tell your room number to the accompanying guide or the attendant at the front desk.

Posts and telecommunications

If you have any letters, postcards, etc. to be sent, please contact the front desk.

Audio Visual programs

You can hear the beautiful music and songs through the bedside cabinet; for channels dedicated to TV programs, you simply have to turn on the TV switch for desired programs.

The tour guide of this cruise is responsible for introducing to you the facilities and services on board, explaining the attractions along the way and answering your questions.

Schedule

Daily itinerary is displayed in the lobby and delivered to your room. According the channel and water level, the changes of daily itinerary will be broadcasted for notification.

Photography Service

Our photographers capture the timeless moments for you during the holidays. Photos and DVD shot and produced by them will be displayed in the exhibition area on the third floor, and will also be broadcasted circularly through the televisions in rooms and ballrooms. You can purchase your favorite photos and audio-visual products. For any special needs, you can consult the photographer directly.

Food Service

Restaurant

Located in the passenger restaurant, which can accommodate all guests for simultaneous meals, offering buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service time: 07:30–08:30am | 12:00–13:00 at noon | 18:30–19:30pm

The cruise will appropriately adjust and broadcast the mealtimes based on the daily itinerary.

Local flavor: provide you with the Three Gorges cuisines, giving you a real treat. For any special meal, please contact the restaurant.

Midnight snack: provide you with all kinds of exquisite snacks, famous dishes; delivery services are available, but please contact the reception desk or the room service center.

Birthday or anniversary: if you need to book a cake for the celebration of a special day, please contact the reception desk in advance.

Room Service

Room service

Located in the central area on the third floor; provide you with around-the-clock room service. Tel: 2388

If you need a power converter or hair dryer, please contact the room service center.

Do not dry clothes or other items beside the lamp to prevent fire disaster.

Make sure that the water tap is turned off to avoid water overflow.

Do not throw rubbish or items in the bath, basin or toilet to avoid clogging.

TV

The television channels have been pre-commissioned. For usage, it only needs to press the switch and select the channel. If there is no ideal picture, please contact the room service center.

Drinking water

If you need cold and hot drinking water or ice block, please contact the room service center; do not deem the tap-water as drinking water.

Broadcasting system

You can control the radio via a rotary switch on the nightstand; compulsory broadcasting is used for necessary notifications.

Air-conditioning system

The central control air-conditioning is equipped with a single system through which cool air and heated air will be sent separately. Do not attempt to convert the setting voluntarily. “0” is off; “L” for the mid-range; “H” for high-range.

Meals in room

If you want to have your meal in the room, please contact the reception desk or room service center.

Mini bar

Food and beverage within the freezer of room are not free of charge; your consumption billings will be settled before disembarkation.

Laundry service

If you need to wash clothes, please fill out the laundry list, and put the clothes in the laundry bag, which will be collected by the attendant, or you can directly hand them over to the room service centers. If you send the clothes in the morning before 9 o’clock, they can be returned on the same day. Express service is provided on board. Please consult the room service center for details.

Room service center offers the maintenance services of luggage, travel bags, luggage carts and other small articles.
